- Dasik (Pattern-Pressed Candy ) : Various kinds of roasted grain particles are mixed with glucose or honey
  and the mixture is patterned on the Dasik Plate; the incenses of the grains are maintained.

- Maejakgwa (Apricot-Sparrow Cookie) : Wheat is mixed with honey and molded in various shapes and the molded
   mixture is fried; the natural colors are maintained showing the brightness of Hangwa.

- Yugwa (Oil-Honey Pastry) : This is the representative product of Hangwa; it is crisp and the taste of it
  melting in the mouth is wonderful; a soft and sweet taste is felt.

- Yakgwa (Fired Honey Cake) : Wheat is mixed with honey and molded in various shapes and the molded
  mixture is fried and passes aging process (covered with honey and cinnamon powder); it is a good nutritional snack.

- Gangjeong (Fired Glutinous Rice Cake) : Grains and/or seeds are roasted and mixed using
   tatty and the mixture is rolled out.
